Where to Stay on Sri Lanka's East Coast: Trincomalee, Pasikudah or Arugam Bay?
If you're visiting Sri Lanka between May and September, the east coast is where you'll find the best beach weather. While the southwest coast experiences its monsoon season, the east enjoys long sunny days, calm turquoise water and some of the island's best snorkelling and diving.
Whether you're looking for family-friendly beaches, world-class surfing or incredible marine life, there's an east coast destination to suit your travel style.
